My Story
THE SCIENCE
IS PERSONAL.
The original plan was physical therapy. While finishing my BS in Exercise Science at ASU, I was already working full-time at an integrated medical facility in Phoenix — not observing, but doing. Hands-on, in the room, applying everything the degree was teaching me in real clinical environments.
At the same time, I was managing a nutrition and supplement store — building a deep, practical understanding of how fueling the body actually works beyond the textbook. Three years. Three simultaneous environments. Every one of them sharpening a different edge.
In 2019, I made a deliberate pivot. Instead of the rehabilitation path, I launched Alchemist Athletix — working privately with athletes and clients in Phoenix, then expanding to Scottsdale in 2020. The science didn't change. The application did.

Nutrition & Supplementation
Assistant manager of a nutrition and supplement store while completing the degree — building applied knowledge of fueling and recovery from the ground up.

The Origin
Stepped on stage for the first time — competing at the MuscleContest Excalibur and the Arizona Natural Western. Won the overall at both. Earned national qualifications at each. The stage lit the fire that never went out.
The Foundation
Finishing a BS in Exercise Science at ASU while working full-time at an integrated medical facility in Phoenix — hands-on across 8 locations, shadowing 20+ chiropractors and 10+ physical therapists. Simultaneously managing a nutrition & supplement store, absorbing every layer of human performance from three different angles at once.
Alchemist Athletix Founded
Left the clinic and made a deliberate pivot — launching Alchemist Athletix out of a private facility in Phoenix, AZ. Started working with athletes and clients one-on-one, applying the same science-first methodology built in the clinical years.
Online & In-Person Expansion
Expanded beyond the walls of the facility — building out online coaching systems to work with clients across the country while continuing to grow the in-person roster at the private Phoenix location.
New Facility · Mesa
Relocated to a new private facility in Mesa, AZ — a bigger space to match a growing client base. Continued expanding online systems, deepening coaching relationships, and refining the methodology with every new client.
Building the Roster
Over 100 clients transformed across body recomposition, athletic performance, contest prep, and lifestyle coaching. In-person and online. Every client a different puzzle — every solution built from the same scientific foundation.
Overall Champion — Iron Games
Stepped back on stage at the Wings of Strength Iron Games in Mesa, AZ competing in Men's Physique — and won the entire show. Overall champion. National qualifier. A personal confirmation that the methodology works, because the coach lives it.
